John Ferguson

General Manager - Winnipeg Jets

John Ferguson was named the Winnipeg Jets' Vice President and General Manager in November 1978 and immediately began the task of upgrading the organization to major league standards. Ferguson made a few roster moves and a coaching change that helped the Jets capture the AVCO Cup championship in 1978-1979.
