After four seasons in the NHL, Dave Kryskow signed with the Calgary Cowboys in 1976-1977, splitting that season between the Cowboys and the Tidewater Sharks of the SHL.
The following season, the Winnipeg Jets offered him a tryout and he subsequently earned a contract for the balance of the season. The versatile Kryskow, who also filled in on the blue line on occasion, was a valuable role player in helping the Jets capture their second AVCO Cup championship that year.
Kryskow retired following the 1977-1978 season. |
