| Wally Boyer put off retirement from a lengthy pro career to join the Winnipeg Jets for the 1972-1973 season. The diminutive speedster played a minor role for the Jets in their inaugural season, but he did add four goals during the playoffs as the Jets advanced to the AVCO Cup finals. Boyer retired following the 1972-1973 season. |
